END USER LICENCE AGREEMENT
MAYHEM INTERGALACTIC, DEMO VERSION

In this document, "the software" refers to the "demo version" of the program "Mayhem Intergalactic" and the files that are packaged with the demo version. Except where otherwise noted, the software is COPYRIGHT 2006-2008, Inventive Dingo.

By installing and/or using the software, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, then you must refrain from installing the software, and immediately destroy all copies of the software in your possession.

The "full version" of "Mayhem Intergalactic" is covered by a separate agreement, and these terms and conditions do not apply to it.

Part of the software (namely the SDL, SDL_ttf, SDL_image, and SDL_net libraries) are licenced under the GNU Lesser General Public Licence ("LGPL"), rather than this licence. The terms and conditions in this document apply only to to the parts of the software which are not licenced under the LGPL. See the file lgpl.txt for information about the LGPL.

The software is licenced, not sold. Under the terms and conditions of this licence, you have certain rights:

1.1. You may distribute unmodified versions of the software by any means, provided that: all the electronic packaging is left intact; you do not add files to it or remove files from it; and you do not claim to have authored the software.

1.2. You may install and use this software on any number of computers, provided you have the permission of the respective owners of said computers to do so.

1.3. You may make unlimited copies of the software for backup purposes.
However the above rights are void and you must immediately destroy all copies of the software in your possession if you fail to comply with any of the following conditions:

2.1. You may not distribute modified versions of the software.

2.2. You agree that the software is provided "as-is", without guarantee of fitness for any purpose, and that you install and use it AT YOUR OWN RISK. You agree that Inventive Dingo and its stakeholders have no responsibility for any consequences that may result, except as provided by applicable law.

2.3. You may not disassemble or reverse engineer the software.
If any provision of this licence agreement contradicts or is limited by applicable law, then that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissable so as to effect the intent of the parties, and the remainder of this licence agreement shall continue in full force and effect.
THIS SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED BY THE COPYRIGHT HOLDERS "AS IS" AND ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE DISCLAIMED. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COPYRIGHT OWNER BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS OR SERVICES; LOSS OF USE, DATA, OR PROFITS; OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION) HOWEVER CAUSED AND ON ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE OR OTHERWISE) ARISING IN ANY WAY OUT OF THE USE OF THIS SOFTWARE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.
